Physiotherapy at Home: Exeter and Devon

Let’s face it, sometimes it’s difficult to actually attend appointments.

Perhaps work gets in the way, traffic’s heavy or, if you’re in a lot of pain, perhaps it’s just too difficult to move.

If so, home physiotherapy may be the perfect solution.

At Kiterise, in addition to clinic appointments, we offer physiotherapy that comes to you.

The Benefits

If you’re still unsure whether it’s for you, here are some of the benefits of home physiotherapy:

  • Convenient appointment times, scheduled to suit you
  • Treatment in the familiarity of your own home
  • A detailed assessment, looking at how your home environment might help or hinder your condition
  • Easy access to treatment for those with mobility problems or acute pain

What You Need

To get going you really don’t require much. We can perform the assessment in your house, anywhere you feel comfortable.

For some assessments and treatments, it may be necessary to sit or lie down, so a chair or bed may come in handy.

Otherwise, you just need to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely for the examination. This will also help with any exercises.
